Nolavi ("we," "us") provides business reporting software at nolavi.ai. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Your account details (name and email address) and the business data you choose to connect, such as sales, calls, ad results, bills and payroll figures. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
When you connect a Google account, Nolavi requests only the access needed for the features you turn on, for example reading Gmail messages that contain bills, sending reports from your account, or reading Google Ads and Analytics results. We use this data only to provide those features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else. Nolavi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To build your dashboards and reports, send the emails you ask us to send, keep your account secure, and improve the service. We never sell your information.
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States and protected with encryption in transit and at rest. Access inside Nolavi is limited by role.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Nolavi (such as hosting and payment processing), and only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.
You can disconnect any Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page or from Nolavi settings. You can ask us to export or delete your data by emailing us, and we'll respond within 30 days.
