How much should Google Ads management cost for an auto shop?

You're paying someone to manage your ads, and you're not sure the fee is worth it. Here's how Nolavi works through it, the same way a good mechanic works on a car: find the concern, the cause, the correction, then verify the fix.

1

The concern

Nate paid $750 a month to manage $1,500 of ad spend, plus a setup fee. He couldn't tell if it was a fair deal.

The fee ate most of the profit.
2

The cause

Nolavi added up what the ads actually brought in: $6,100 a month in sales. After parts and labor, that left about $3,400, and the fee plus spend was $2,250.

3

The correction

We moved management into Nolavi's Marketing plan, which also covers the website, posts and the weekly report, and aimed the same spend at the jobs that pay best.

4

The verification

Ad sales went to $9,800 a month on the same $1,500 spend, and the separate management fee went away.

Questions

Quick answers.

What do agencies charge to manage Google Ads?

Many charge a flat fee or a percent of spend, often several hundred dollars a month or more. Judge it by jobs and profit, not clicks.

Is a management fee ever worth it?

Yes, when the ads bring in clearly more profit than the fee plus spend, and you can see it.
